Acute limb ischemia 

-Patient has pain, pallor, paresthesia, paralysis, pulselessness, and poikilothermia (coolness).
-Concern for embolism vs in situ thrombosis.
-Will obtain arterial doppler.
-CT angiography with bilateral run-off through feet/arteriography ordered.
-Will urgently consult vascular surgery.
-Will start Aspirin/Plavix and Heparin.
