-DDx includes: cellulitis vs. vasculitis.
-DVT due to imaging confirmation.
-Will anticoagulant with LMWH/fondaparinux until INR >2 (Heparin if renal failure). 
-Options for patient post-discharge of Warfarin vs Rivaroxaban. Continue for 3 months. 
-Early mobilization. “Ambulation should be encouraged as soon as is feasible” UTD.
-PCDs
-Reviewed indications for thrombolysis and meets criteria so will consult IR.
