Solitary pulmonary nodule (SPN) – low risk
– <3 cm on CT.
-Compared current CT with prior lung imaging.
-Has decreased risk of malignancy; nonsmoker and no family history of cancer. Per Fleischner Society Guidelines will need follow-up in 12 months.
-Discharge follow-up with family physician.
